We are seeking a seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, particularly in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct client interactions and utilizing various sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process for various IT roles
Source candidates through different channels
Collaborate with account managers and team leads
Screen candidates based on requirements
Coordinate interviews and onboarding

Qualifications

8+ years of US IT recruiting experience
Familiarity with VMS clients and direct relationships
Proficiency in US IT hiring practices and employment types
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with ATS tools and MS Office Suite
