Job Description

The Associate in the Registrar's Office will be responsible for supporting office needs across all academic programs and coordinating with stakeholders for data collection and record compilation.

Responsibilities

  • Support in graduation related activities such as printing certificates and distribution
  • Check historical transcripts and update Integrated Calendar
  • Dispatch certificates to students and alumni, conduct Enhanced Graduation Audit
  • Conduct Attendance Audit and maintain student database

Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • IT savvy with understanding of program requirements
  • Experience in record-keeping
