Job Description

The Business Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects with government and funding agencies, creating proposals, managing project progress, and acting as a point of contact for all participants.

Responsibilities

  • Create concepts, proposals, and pre-work for projects
  • Manage all documentation from RFPs to project acceptance
  • Conduct project management activities including meetings, financials, quality control, and progress monitoring
  • Brainstorm new project prospects
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project participants
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project milestones
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or Public Policy
  • Experience working with government agencies and funding agencies like ADB, WB, JICA
  • Previous work experience as a Project Consultant/Coordinator in consultancy companies
  • Hands-on experience in creating concept notes, proposals, and presentations
  • Highly motivated and flexible to work across various sectors
