Job Description

The Polarion Administrator will manage and support the Polarion ALM environment, optimizing workflows, and assisting team members to enhance project management and software development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Polarion ALM system for optimal performance.
  • Configure projects and manage repositories to meet team specifications.
  • Provide user support, training sessions, and implement workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Monitor system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Polarion ALM or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience in workflow configuration and issue resolution in Polarion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
