Job Description

Join our dynamic legal team as a Corporate Legal Counsel at Zensar Technologies. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of commercial contracting experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
Support infrastructure and managed service deals.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract playbook.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law.
4-6 years of PQE in the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of GDPR and privacy laws.
Experience with CLM tools is an advantage.
