Responsibilities

Manage multiple Salesforce projects and clients simultaneously
Ensure project success and timely delivery within budget
Act as a communication interface between internal and client teams
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Track project status and conduct status review meetings

Qualifications

10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong background in CRM and Salesforce technology suite
Experience with Agile/Scrum and waterfall Model
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
