Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of India MSP/VMS recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of VMS platforms, compliance, and bulk hiring.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases.
