Responsibilities

  • Support HeiFlow end users technically
  • Manage Stakeholders to improve HeiFlow platform
  • Resolve support requests within SLA
  • Collaborate with developers for bug resolution
  • Provide end-user support and create documentation
  • Maintain HeiFlow templates and facilitate communication
  • Analyze support requests for improvements and test new developments

Qualifications
