Job Description

Join Wells Fargo as a Lead Business Execution Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for breaking down operations processes, creating process flows, driving functional analysis discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Breakdown an operations process into its simplest components
Create process flows and do value stream mapping
Drive functional analysis discussions and requirement gathering for software development
Work as part of a high performing cross functional team
Define and understand product vision and roadmap
Conduct market research and analysis to gather customer insights
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth development, promotion, and support of the product
Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to release
Create user-friendly product experience with focus on usability, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success
Plan and execute product launch
Develop comprehensive project plans
Coordinate between various stakeholders for timely execution of projects
Keep abreast with industry trends on technology
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, among others

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
