Join Wells Fargo as a Lead Business Execution Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for breaking down operations processes, creating process flows, driving functional analysis discussions, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Breakdown an operations process into its simplest components
  • Create process flows and do value stream mapping
  • Drive functional analysis discussions and requirement gathering for software development
  • Work as part of a high performing cross functional team
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success
  • Plan and execute product launch
  • Develop comprehensive project plans
  • Coordinate between various stakeholders for timely execution of projects
  • Keep abreast with industry trends on technology
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, among others

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Experience managing large projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Certification in PMP and Agile methodology
  • Understanding of technology to effectively communicate with development teams
  • Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology
