Job Description

Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or accounting with 5-7 years of domain experience in Accounts payable- Vendor master and Travel and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in Travel and expenses and handled corporate card process
  • Review and process employee expenses report in compliance with company policy.
  • Creating Employees in Oracle
  • Adress employee inquires related to T&E policies and system navigations
  • Hands on experience in Vendor Master
  • Create update and maintain vendor master data in Oracle
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including tax and banking details
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to vendor master and T&E process
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Stronger attention to details and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in Oracle and workday
