Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4-5 Business Analysts
Organize stakeholder meetings and provide metrics
Mentor and guide BA team members
Plan analysis for BA team
Ensure full business engagement in Agile & Kanban development process
Define business requirements and perform gap analysis
Communicate effectively both written and verbally

Qualifications

Good understanding of Commercial banking and Credit application domain
Excellent communication skills
Experience in integration projects and change management
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile & Kanban methodologies
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Business-oriented with technical background
Degree in a numerate business field with 7-10 years of experience
Proficient in writing SQL queries
Experience with Jira
