Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer service-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Engaging with Clients: Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Communication Handling: Ensure prompt and professional communication
  • Office Supplies Management: Keep the premise tidy and well-equipped
  • Housekeeping staff: Manage and groom housekeeping staff
