Join our team as an Admission Counsellor and help potential learners plan their career path by understanding how upGrad can enhance their career. You will be responsible for achieving enrolment and revenue targets, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide career advice and guidance to potential learners
Counsel learners on career paths and the benefits of upGrad
Meet weekly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets
Conduct product demonstrations and sales closing activities
Maintain CRM database and provide feedback to marketing team

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills
Experience in EdTech sales preferred
Proven track record in sales
Ability to build rapport and trust with potential learners
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
