Job Description

Sprinto is seeking a Senior Leader, Customer Success to build and scale a world-class CS function in a high-growth SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will drive adoption of a net-new product category and lead a global team towards company goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a CS strategy focused on adoption, retention, and expansion

Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing remote-first global CS team

Drive customer education and engagement in a new product category

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine GTM and influence product evolution

Implement data-driven frameworks to track customer health and maximize retention

Qualifications

12+ years of B2B experience in CS, Sales, Solutions, or Onboarding, with 5+ years in leadership

Proven track record of scaling CS teams in high-growth SaaS ($100M+ ARR preferred)

Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue retention and expansion

Experience with technical SaaS products and new category adoption

Data-driven mindset with expertise in CS tools, analytics, and automation
