Job Description

Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, checks, and repairs of various laboratory equipment to ensure optimal customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on-site
Diagnose errors and technical problems
Produce detailed service reports
Operate vehicle safely and use automation systems
Follow company procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations

Qualifications

Technical degree in Electronics / Electrical
Minimum 3-5 years of field service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
Flexible work schedule and familiarity with mobile tools
