Job Description

The Assembly Line Operator plays a key role in the manufacturing process by operating packaging equipment, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production line efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging equipment and provide relief for other operators
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks
  • Utilize computer terminals and track downtime
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Autonomous Maintenance
  • Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot casing equipment
  • Make necessary conveyor adjustments for changeovers

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Production Operator
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify line problems
