Job Description

The Retail Cluster Manager will lead a retail team to achieve sales goals, enhance customer service, and develop internal talent to drive the success of BIBA stores.

Responsibilities

Drive sales activities and improve volume and profit
Manage inventory effectively for the territory
Analyze and solve complex problems related to stock and sales
Implement necessary actions for fast/slow lines, new ranges, and end of ranges
Pricing merchandise as per prescribed matrix
Strategize concept expansion in the territory
Ensure completion of new projects in a timely manner
Identify locations for stores and understand territory dynamics
Ensure VM implementation, SOP adherence, stock transfer, and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in retail management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Understanding of inventory management and sales techniques
