Join our mission to transform global healthcare with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., one of India's leading pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Head - CIS for our Corporate Office in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

Drive regional P&L and Sales targets
Lead market development and new business initiatives
Develop and execute marketing strategies across private and tender sectors
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business alignment and delivery
Coach and lead a team, ensuring performance excellence

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of handling international markets, preferably CIS countries
Expertise in B2B markets, tender business, distributor/agent management, and strategic alliances
Strong business planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Russian is highly preferred to manage regional communications effectively
Educational qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Tech / B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing)
