Job Description

Join Team Amex as a Senior Lead Analyst in the Control Management team. Your role will involve monitoring customer interactions to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct Business Self-Testing and document review activities according to standards
Identify issues and control deficiencies through testing various channels of communication
Support client signing/relationship-based testing
Monitor activities to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Ensure compliance to Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and American Express Compliance standards
Collaborate with colleagues and key control teams to promote a well-controlled environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in internal control/operational risk required
Bachelor’s degree in commerce strongly preferred
Knowledge of Conduct risk, and Business self-testing preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office Skills
