Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Store In-Charge with strong Excel skills to manage inventory, stock handling, and store operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel.
  • Monitor stock movements and conduct regular audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel functions.
  • Implement an organized storage system for optimal space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Process GRNs, issue slips, and purchase requisitions.
  • Train and supervise store assistants/workers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience in store/inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
