Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Territory Service Representative in Faizabad. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12th pass qualification, preferably a Graduate.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to customers in the assigned territory
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Manage service centre operations efficiently

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass, preferably Graduate
3-4 years of experience in a Service Centre background
Knowledge of local geography
Valid DL and a two-wheeler
High organizational commitment
Good team worker
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication in Local/Hindi/English languages
