We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee all financial functions, compliance, reporting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Support company strategic planning with financial input.
  • Enhance financial systems and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce; CA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Working knowledge of tax regulations including GST, TDS, and ITR processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
