Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Develop account strategies to overcome challenges and maximize account growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, discussing performance and presenting new opportunities.
  • Track and analyze account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Drive business growth for partners by working on their basic metrics.
  • Deliver Incremental Revenue and counter share for assigned clients.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with restaurant owners and deliver best-in-class NPS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Generate leads and secure new partnerships.
