Job Description

The AR Associate is responsible for managing accounts receivable aspects of hospital billing UB04. Must have experience in denial management and EPIC platform.

Responsibilities

Review outstanding insurance balances to identify and resolve issues
Analyze and trend data to improve first pass denial rates
Ensure completion of all workflow items within set turnaround time
Analyze EOBs and denials for process improvements
Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Graduate with 1.5-3.5 years experience in Hospital Billing-Denial Management
Experience with EPIC platform is an added advantage
Knowledge of medical insurance and HIPAA rules
Proficiency in MS Office
