The HR Transition Manager is responsible for transferring client staff as part of contractual obligations in deals. This role involves supporting all of APAC's deals and working closely with employees transferring into Infosys.
Identify and integrate acquired employees into Infosys, create HR Transition and Integration plans, conduct compensation and benefits analysis, perform HR due diligence, oversee terms and conditions of transferring employees, develop communication plans, coordinate resources, and deliver orientation and training programs.
Must have an MBA in HR, approximately ten years of HR experience, strong understanding of legal effects on employee transfers, expertise in compensation and benefits, Due Diligence Analysis skills, project management abilities, Excel proficiency, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
