Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for high-volume positions within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring for field sales and collections roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Conduct market research and implement new sourcing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR recruitment experience
  • Experience in automobile or Fintech/NBFC industry
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
