Join a dynamic, global team at the forefront of revolutionizing support operations in the fintech space. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to elevate our Support Operations to a world-class standard and enhance the customer support experience for our rapidly expanding member base.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing opportunities and driving innovation by analyzing user behavior, leveraging data-driven insights, and validating hypotheses
  • Leading the implementation of mandatory regulatory and compliance standards
  • Managing the delivery of new features and requirements to elevate the member experience
  • Working with Operation teams to manage requirements and expectations with internal and external partners
  • Acting as the go-to person for industry knowledge and regulatory changes
  • Being the authority on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on Customer Support
  • Domain knowledge in fintech/financial services
  • Deep knowledge of the support landscape and CRM systems
  • Track record of successful product launches and sustainable growth
  • Passion for solving pain points and applying product design thinking
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor, innovative mindset, and obsession with product excellence
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
