Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on Customer Support
  • Domain knowledge in fintech or financial services
  • Deep knowledge of the support landscape and CRM systems
  • Track record of successful product launches and continuous improvements
  • Passion for solving pain points and applying product design thinking
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a commitment to product excellence
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
