Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
  • Manage office inventory and place orders for supplies when needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Support other administrative functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
