Job Description

Join our team as a Client Operations Project Manager at Epiq where you will be responsible for managing assigned client work from data intake through delivery. This role requires team leadership skills and a background in E-Discovery to ensure positive client results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for daily requests from multiple parties
Prepare and process client data for processing
Work with internal Technology Teams to troubleshoot and support processing requests
Collaborate with client services team and operations management to ensure timely handling of client requests

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or client services
Strong technical orientation and computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience using Relativity independently
