Job Description

Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Ensure timely tax payments (GST, TDS, etc.) and file necessary returns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
Good understanding of financial regulations and taxation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
