Job Description

The Transition Manager Level 2 at Wipro is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of transition tasks for client/account as per the transition plan.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective transition as per project plan and timelines
Implement transition plans and register new transitions
Coordinate with stakeholders and functional heads to articulate needs and drive issue closure
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and project progress in line with transition methodology standards
Support the assessment of technology transition proposals and risks mitigation

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing
Demonstrated experience in services transition and stakeholder management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
