Job Description

Hiredas is seeking a Crewing Officer Deputy Manager Fleet Personnel to recruit and manage Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, and Electrical Officer for our fleet. The role involves verifying documents, planning officer assignments, liaising with agents, and handling crew change formalities.

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, and Electrical Officer
Verify documents as per Dg shipping guidelines
Plan officer assignments
Liaise with agents for smooth joining formalities
Update database and ERP system
Liaise with manning agents for timely closure of requirements
Apply for Chinese visas as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field
Strong knowledge of Dg shipping guidelines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
