Job Description

Join Junglee Games as an Executive - Customer Experience to lead and drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring seamless interactions and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Help in handling customers through all touchpoints - Calls, Emails, Chats & ORM
  • Achieve the First Response TAT, CSAT/CES as per set targets
  • Build rapport with customers by listening, understanding, and resolving issues promptly and accurately
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet response time and productivity targets while ensuring quality parameters are followed

Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand customer queries and provide the right resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in handling computers and other tools
