Junglee Games is looking for a Learning & Development Reporting Analyst to provide data-driven insights to optimize L&D programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Gather and consolidate data from various L&D systems
Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key L&D metrics
Develop evaluation frameworks to measure L&D program effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
Identify and recommend process improvements related to data analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field
4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
