Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager / Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our FMCG store. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall store operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control.
  • Supervise daily cash handling, billing operations, and accurate reporting.
  • Lead and train a team of sales staff to deliver high performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, shelf hygiene, and FIFO practices.
  • Implement promotions and pricing strategies as per guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and report to regional team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail/FMCG store management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic accounting.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
