Responsibilities

Lead and manage warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders
Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates and supervisors
Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock replenishment
Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for optimization
Provide continuous training to staff and track key performance indicators
Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize disruptions

Qualifications

3-5 years of warehouse or distribution centre management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
