Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
Identify needs of prospects & recommend suitable programs
Close sales over the phone by demonstrating product value
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication
Stay up to date on industry trends

Qualifications

1+ years of inside sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
