Job Description

Join our Conduct, Financial Crime & Compliance Surveillance Monitoring & Investigation team as a Senior Specialist in Name Screening. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating the risk of financial crime for the organization.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth screening of customer names against watchlists, sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
Analyze and evaluate matches to determine true hits or false positives.
Escalate confirmed hits for further review.
Maintain accurate records of screening outcomes.
Stay updated on global sanctions and regulatory requirements.
Ensure screening processes comply with laws and internal policies.
Provide timely reports on screening activities.
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Participate in training on compliance and financial crime prevention.

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Skills in sanctions screening, analysis, and banking operations.
Knowledge of global regulations and compliance.
Certifications such as ACAMS, ICa, CGSS preferred.
Bachelors Degree in any field.
