Job Description

Join a leading Indian multinational motorcycle and scooter manufacturer as an ALM Requirements Manager. This role involves organizing and leading the review process of software requirements, implementing requirements plan, and supporting software architects and test teams.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead the review process of software requirements.
  • Implement the Requirements Plan.
  • Support software architects to understand and trace requirements.
  • Support software Test team to write Test Cases & define Validation Criteria.
  • Support analysis of change requests/defects from requirements point of view.
  • Actively pursue cost-saving ideas.
  • Work with Engineering Program Management to provide feasibility and planning information.
  • Oversee and support life cycle engineering activities.
  • Participate in internal and external technical reviews.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in embedded software development.
  • Experience with AUTOSAR.
  • Knowledge of requirements for software development processes according to Spice or CMMI.
  • Experience with CAN Simulation/dbc files from CAN Matrix.
  • Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety.
  • Experience with MATLB / Targetlink and DOORS.
  • Experience with communication protocols like CAN, Modbus, SPI, LIN, K-LINE.
  • Experience with ASPICE process capability maturity model and V-model development process.
