Job Description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization, providing leadership in financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, accounting and compliance, treasury management, cost control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead budget preparation, forecasts, and business modeling.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
  • Identify cost drivers, improve gross and net margins.
  • Implement internal controls and mitigate risks.
  • Lead digital finance transformation and ERP integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial regulations.
