Exciting opportunity for an Enterprise & B2B Sales professional to join our team in Hyderabad/Chennai. The role involves selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients and achieving sales targets through new client acquisition and existing client growth.

Responsibilities

  • Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through various channels
  • Negotiating and closing deals with necessary documentation
  • Prospecting to build a strong pipeline
  • Being proactive about problem-solving and taking on additional initiatives
  • Being an evangelist for Naukri's ecosystem of products and services

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and new business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets
