Job Description

Unixperts is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Team Lead for Sales & Operations to manage and guide a team of counsellors and support staff in the overseas education consultancy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to meet and exceed annual student recruitment targets.
  • Conduct weekly reviews to monitor team KPIs and boost conversions.
  • Ensure the team follows all destination-specific application and visa processes.
  • Coordinate with BD and Marketing for local events and outreach activities.
  • Identify key areas for personal growth and take steps to build leadership skills.
  • Review team performance monthly and address skill gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in Education Consulting
