Job Description

TechGig is seeking an Account Manager for Enterprise Sales to drive revenue, manage accounts, and implement sales strategies in Gurugram.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management and Business Development.
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Strong Business Development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the HR Tech or digital industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
