Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Admin to oversee office and facilities administration including housekeeping, security, and office supplies management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping, courier, driver, and pantry staff
  • Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and conference calls
  • Manage office records and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors for transportation bookings
  • Maintain fire safety equipment and emergency exit planning
  • Handle bill payments and maintain records
  • Manage Access Control System and CCTV surveillance
  • Assist in statutory and compliance requirements
  • Handle miscellaneous office administration tasks

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / BCA/ Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech/ MCA/ MBA HR/ Graduate in Any Specialization
