Job Description

Syngenta is seeking an HR Digital Lead - Security & Access Management to deliver best-in-class employee experience by leveraging technical capabilities and data fluency. The role involves setting up and managing security controls within Workday HCM set up and leading the Security area.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and administer Workday security configurations for global Workday HCM set up
Support queries from business and manage reassignment of stuck tasks in Business processes
Build and manage all standard as well custom reports for auditing and governance standpoint
Propose and implement solutions to improve processes and data integrity
Diagnose and resolve system issues escalated from Tier 1 support

Qualifications

6-8 years of active configuration experience of Workday application delivery
Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Security area
Experience in Core HCM, Core Compensation, Reporting will be useful
Experience in fixing issues, deploying new enhancement based on Workday releases
