Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive in Voice Process to handle international customer service calls during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (primarily US-based).
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process policies, client products/services, and customer handling protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Achieve individual targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document all call details accurately in the CRM/system.
  • Collaborate with peers and support teams for continuous process improvement.
  • Train or mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in international voice process (customer service, technical support, or collections).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Strong listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.
  • Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage.
