Job Description

We're looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive embedded system development and display technology innovation in Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

Lead embedded hardware and software development for display systems (LCD/TFT)
Manage a cross-functional team of engineers with focus on delivery and quality
Oversee system design, development, and deployment in line with business goals
Collaborate with global teams to define requirements and project roadmaps
Track project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful execution
Identify and integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices
Support team growth through mentoring and technical guidance
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in EEE or ECE
20+ years of experience in embedded systems - hardware and software
Strong understanding of display technologies (LCD, TFT)
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
