Job Description

Decoraids is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the branding and creative direction of the company. This role involves defining brand strategy, maintaining consistency across all channels, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing lead generation.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Define and evolve brand identity and tone of voice
Maintain consistency in brand visuals, messaging, and experiences
Develop brand positioning strategies

Creative Direction:

Plan and execute product campaigns
Ideate visual storytelling for new launches
Lead design initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various teams to convert brand storytelling into sales
Collaborate with different departments to ensure branding is internalized

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field
3-5 years of brand management experience
Proficiency in image and video editing tools
Strong storytelling skills with a sharp eye for design
